By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in sports activities, including but not limited to running, pickleball, badminton, tennis, and other court sports, involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and any other injuries that may occur.
Health Declaration: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in sports activities. I will inform staff immediately if I experience any discomfort or health issues during my visit.
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless this facility, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation in activities at this facility.
Facility Rules: I agree to follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions from staff members. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Refund Policy
REFUND, CANCELLATION & RACE KIT CLAIM POLICY
All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is confirmed, as race kits are produced in advance. Participants who are unable to join the run may claim their race kit on November 28, 2026, during the designated claiming hours and at the official claiming area. Unclaimed race kits after the official event-day claiming period will be considered forfeited.

In the event of postponement or rescheduling, registration remains valid for the new event date, and race kits may be claimed on the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued due to postponement or rescheduling, subject to applicable laws.

The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.
