Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Data Privacy Consent
By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in sports activities, including but not limited to running, pickleball, badminton, tennis, and other court sports, involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and any other injuries that may occur.
Health Declaration: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in sports activities. I will inform staff immediately if I experience any discomfort or health issues during my visit.
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless this facility, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation in activities at this facility.
Facility Rules: I agree to follow all posted rules, regulations, and instructions from staff members. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Personal Property: I understand that the facility is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Photo/Video Consent: I consent to being photographed or recorded during facility events for promotional purposes, unless I notify staff otherwise.
DATA PRIVACY CONSENT: By registering for SET APART RUN 2026, I consent to the collection, use, and processing of my personal information for event registration, race kit preparation, coordination, safety, documentation, and other related activities. I also consent to receiving future announcements, updates, invitations, and promotional materials from the organizers. I understand that event photos and videos may be taken and posted on official event platforms for documentation and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws. My personal information will be handled securely in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)

Refund Policy
REFUND, CANCELLATION & RACE KIT CLAIM POLICY
All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is confirmed, as race kits are produced in advance. Participants who are unable to join the run may claim their race kit on November 28, 2026, during the designated claiming hours and at the official claiming area. Unclaimed race kits after the official event-day claiming period will be considered forfeited.

In the event of postponement or rescheduling, registration remains valid for the new event date, and race kits may be claimed on the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued due to postponement or rescheduling, subject to applicable laws.

The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.
